Begin your day with a 2-hour trail ride with Canyon Adventures. This horseback tour will take you through the meadows of the Porcupine Game Range in Big Sky, Montana. The ride features panoramic vistas of surrounding mountains and great views of the Gallatin River. Bring your camera!

Once you dust yourself off, you will drive the 1/4 of a mile to our rafting headquarters to enjoy any of our Gallatin River half day, whitewater rafting adventures. Before rafting, you will have time to change clothes, and check in for your trip. Once you return from the river and dry off, come check out the cool slideshow of your rafting trip. This package does not include lunch.

This trip departs from our HQ in Big Sky, Montana.  Minutes from most Big Sky accommodations and only 45 minutes from West Yellowstone.

  • $205 per person. Pay $124 now for rafting. Pay the horseback riding balance on the day of your adventure.
  • Daily 9:00am-4:00pm total duration.  
  • A morning on a beautiful 2-hour ride, time to grab lunch, then a fun afternoon of river running!
  • Minimum age of 7, no exceptions please.
  • Please wear closed toed shoes and long pants for the horseback ride. Raincoats provided if needed​
